OUTSMARTING TUMOR ADAPTATION

Cancer adapts to survive therapy. We are making adaptation its weakness.

AtG Therapeutics is developing first-in-class TA-1 inhibitors combined with a biomarker-enriched patient selection strategy to target adaptive dependencies in therapy-resistant solid tumors.

Our approach

At AtG we turn tumor adaptation into a therapeutic vulnerability.

Systemic therapies can initially control disease, but tumors can rewire survival pathways under treatment pressure. These adaptive states create new dependencies that can be therapeutically exploited.

01 – Therapeutic pressure

Treatment pressure activates stress-response programs.

02 – Tumor adaptation

Tumor cells engage alternative survival routes.

03 – TA-1 Dependency

TA-1 helps sustain the adaptive tumor state under pressure.

04 – Adaptive collapse

TA-1 inhibition is designed to close escape routes and arrest tumor growth.

Our lead program targets TA-1, an intracellular regulator of the adaptive tumor state. We are developing first-in-class TA-1 inhibitors together with a biomarker-enriched strategy to identify tumors most likely to depend on this biology under therapeutic pressure.

Drug + Biomarker

Drug the adaptation. Identify the dependency. Select the patient.

AtG is developing first-in-class intracellular TA-1 inhibitors designed to disrupt adaptive survival biology in therapy-resistant tumors.

A blood-based TA-1 biomarker strategy is being developed to enrich for patients whose tumors are most likely to depend on TA-1 biology, supporting a biomarker-enriched clinical development strategy and translational monitoring.
